Happy Independence Day!
It's the 4th of July and thought I'd take the day off to get my apartment back in order after 2 months of stress, travel, and let's be honest... laziness. Have a great holiday!
Big Goal - Get down to a "normal" BMI, ie., below 136 lbs.
Starting weight: 246 lbs. 06/17/2008
I'm going to break it down into smaller goals...
Goal 1 - Lose 10% of my weight and get down to 221 lbs. Goal 2 - Run a mile. Goal 3 - Run a 5 K. Since I can't run for at least a few weeks, if not longer, I'm adding: Goal 4 - Bike for 60 minutes straight.
I'm a 4th year grad student working on my Ph.D. I feel like I've been in school forever and can't wait to finish! In the meantime, I'm working on myself - losing weight and managing my money better.
